Patrick Kwan

As a seasoned professional specialized in technology application, Patrick drives digital transformation in the Authority with the innovative use of technology and data insights. He is well recognized for managed service delivery, in particular transforming the business requirements into actionable and measurable deliverables. The recent adventures focus on enabling just-in-time airport operations though big data analysis and empower operation teams to make informed decisions with visibility on the overall game plan and agility to handle further risks.

Sam Lau

Assistant Manager, Innovation and Data Insights, Airport Authority of Hong Kong

Sam has started his career in the aviation industry since 2016. With the experiences of managing system development and integration projects for airline digital platforms, He joined Airport Authority Hong Kong in 2023 and worked under Innovation and Data Insights Department. During the time, he was responsible to promote the concepts of future travel experience at Hong Kong International Airport, and he worked closely with airlines to implement self-service facilities for the entire passenger journey at the airport.  

Sam earned his Advanced Master’s Degree in Air Transport Management from Ecole Nationale de l’Aviation Civile, as well as Bachelor of Science Degree in Hong Kong Baptist University 

Phoebe Lee

Assistant General Manager, Retail Portfolio, Retail and Advertising Department, Airport Authority of Hong Kong

Joined AA as a Graduate Engineer, and re-joined AA with Retail and Advertising Department over 15 years.   

With over 15 years of working experience in business development, retail management, planning, and analysis of business strategies, mastered developing new business connections and building strong relationships with industry leaders. Involved in major revenue tenders and project developments to enhance the quality of the trade mix and maximize the revenue of HKIA. Performed promote and insightful analyses of the portfolio performances in sales and data analytics. Playing an active role in retail planning of in-terminal expansion and airport-wide development projects in order to maximize retail opportunities. 

 

Jackson Lee

Manager, Innovation & Data Insights, Airport Authority of Hong Kong

Jackson has extensive business and management experience in human resources and aviation industries for over 25 years. He is responsible for digital operations planning and provisioning of the smart airport ecosystem platform to Hong Kong International Airport and its community.

 

Alexander Leung  

Manager, Hub Development, Airport Authority Hong Kong

Alexander is a social science graduate from HKU and MBA graduate from INSEAD.  He has worked in multiple departments within Airport Authority for more than 13 years, possessing a wealth of experience in business strategy, airport planning, passenger service development and data analytics platform development.  He is currently working in Hub Development Department, focusing on air network development strategy and recovery related market analytics.  He also worked in Kowloon Motor Bus (1933), leading the marketing function to revamp the KMB App and developed new service offerings.  Apart from work, he also volunteered as Secretary of INSEAD Alumni Association Hong Kong. 

Jason Leung 

Manager, Landside Services, Airport Authority of Hong Kong

Jason is currently leading technology implementation projects at the Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA).  His portfolio includes developing a cross-boundary automated parking facility for Greater Bay Area visitors transiting via HKIA, as well as implementing autonomous driving for passenger-carrying services between HKIA and the nearby community. 

Prior to his current position, Jason has served across various business functions covering Terminal Operations, Retail Business and Land Properties, which he gained extensive cross-functional experiences in Airport Planning and Passenger Experience Curation. 

S W Leung

Assistant Manager, Innovation and Data Insights, Airport Authority Hong Kong

SW joined the Airport Authority Hong Kong in 2023 as the Assistant Manager at Innovation and Data Insights Department. She is currently managing HKIA’s mobile app, driving digital innovation, and enhancing passenger experience. Prior to her current role, she gained 7 years of experience in luxury retail and e-commerce, specializing in digital product management, customer experience, and change management. 

Trish Liu

Assistant Manager, Digital Business, Airport Authority Hong Kong 

With experience in the aviation industry for over 8 years, Trish is specialized in digital platforms development and business development. As the Assistant Manager, Smart Airport, she has been actively involved in passenger-facing and workforce mobile app development, focusing on user experience and system design to enhance user experience and improve operation efficiency with innovative solutions. She also has experience in digital retail platform before working with Airport Authority.

Annie To

Manager, Corporate Branding & Marketing, Airport Authority of Hong Kong

A seasoned professional in the marketing and communications field that boasts over 10 years of experience, Annie’s expertise spans across marketing and advertising, event management, content creation, and branding. With a proven track record of delivering successful and impactful campaigns for Hong Kong International Airport, Annie currently holds the position of Manager, Corporate Branding & Marketing at Airport Authority Hong Kong. In this role, she leads the organisation’s digital marketing efforts and drives brand campaigns to achieve corporate objectives
